When August was drawing to an end and the slopes of Kazimierz were heavy with sweet-smelling fruit, the smoking hole was dug in the ground and small cases full of plums were placed there and covered with sacks. An underground channel carried the smoke which was extracted from 100% Plum wood. This process required two full weeks. The plum smoke enveloped the area with the scent of smoked plum and jam. This same process was once used to prepare the plum soup and brandy for the King.
The restaurant offers its guests a sublime menu of European cuisine as well as vegetarian meals characterized by incredibly smooth and velvety taste. The restaurant is at service from noon till midnight. Villa Bohema, with its elegant stylized interiors, is an excellent place to host wedding receptions, banquets, business meetings and family feasts, for a maximum of 50 participants.
